5. Service Not Met Expectation

Pink Polish Nails Bar will repair unsatisfactory work on a case-by-case review within seven days of the original service. There is no cash or credit refund, this applies to all services. This includes nail breaks, chips, color change, and rhinestones falling off.
Unapplied variable: Pink Polish Nails Bar does not bear any responsibility when a customer picks their nail polish color and then doesn’t like it, there will be no refund. Pink Polish Nails Bar is not responsible. If the nail length is too short or to long, there will be no refund.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards that were issued from 2019 through June, 2021 are now expired due to Pink Polish Nails Bar changed to a new P.O.S. system at the beginning of 2021. Customers have three months from the date of purchase to exchange for a new gift card.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Pink Polish Nails Bar’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Pink Polish Nails Bar does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Pink Polish Nails Bar may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Pink Polish Nails Bar does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Pink Polish Nails Bar has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site.
